Dr. Omar Harmouche, DMD, MPH, is a Lebanese-American dentist and entrepreneur who maximizes his impact through positive change and hard work. Dr. Harmouche currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Omar Harmouche PLLC. He is the sole owner of Tulia Dental located in West Texas.

Growing up, Harmouche found a strong drive towards career, impact, and family. He completed his high school diploma and Associate of Arts, simultaneously at Clear Horizons Early College High School and San Jacinto College; he, then, graduated with a B.S. from the University of Houston as the school's youngest graduate at 18 years old. Upon graduating from college, Dr. Harmouche took to developing his communication skills and business acumen through working as a Realtor in Houston. Harmouche entered Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2017 with a commitment to continue thriving through his American Dream.

During dental school, Harmouche was unwavering in his efforts to impact the world. In addition to completing a Master's in Public Health with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Dr. Harmouche founded and scaled "Box for Health", a 501c3 nonprofit aimed at bringing health education to children world-wide. There he led a team of more than 30 individuals to deliver health education to more than 4000 children. Dr. Harmouche currently serves the role of Board Chairman at "Box for Health". Omar's efforts continue to grow, in June 2021, Dr. Omar Harmouche partnered with Women's Association in Al-Safire to develop a center to provide home essentials to over 50 families in his home town of Al-Safire, Lebanon.

Dr. Harmouche currently serves as a Commitment-Maker of the Clinton Global Institute University (CGI U); through CGI U, Omar collaborates with change-makers worldwide to make the world a better place. Harmouche believes that impact comes before accomplishment and is thankful for all the opportunities and adventures with which he has been blessed. He leads his life with a dedication to excellence and justice and aims to empower those around him to do the same.
